Build the core CONTROL workspace: governed AI chat, project tooling and integrations. You will own features end to end, from data model to polished UI.
Responsibilities
- Design and ship features across the React frontend and backend functions
- Model and query organization-scoped data with strict isolation guarantees
- Integrate AI providers and third-party services behind a unified policy layer
- Review code and raise the bar on reliability and security
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack experience with React and Node.js
- Solid grasp of API design, auth and row-level data isolation
- Experience integrating at least one major AI provider API
- Strong product sense and clear written communication
Nice to have
- Experience with governance, compliance or audit tooling
- Familiarity with Stripe and OAuth connector ecosystems
