This policy explains what data CONTROL collects and how it is used.
We collect your account details, such as your name and email, and the content you create in your workspace: agents, policies, projects, conversations and usage records.
Your data is used to provide the service, keep it secure, maintain the audit trail, and send you required account and security emails. Optional product emails are only sent if you explicitly opt in.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share your organization's provider keys or content with any other organization.
Data is isolated per organization with row-level access controls, and governance actions are recorded in an append-only audit log.
You can opt in or out of optional product emails at any time from Settings, and you can delete your data from your workspace.
